Tünde has a Ph.D in Clinical and Developmental psychology and practises mainly within an integrative framework using Schema Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Tünde has worked in the field of psychology since 2002 in Hungary, the USA and London as a practitioner, supervisor and trainer. In 2007 she was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to the University of Pennsylvania Medical School, where she successfully completed further training in CBT and participated in a depression research. Tünde is accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST).
She is also interested in research related to schemas. Other than Schema Therapy, Tünde is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Rogerian client centred therapy and Autogenic training (relaxation).Tünde's clinical interests are recurring life patterns, such as a history of unsatisfactory relationships. Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, borderline and narcissistic personality disorders.
